Themba is a skilled and astute litigation attorney and negotiator and he has made name for himself in Labour Matters.

He ventured into law to fulfil his childhood desire to be an attorney which was his first love for his career.

He worked as a librarian and he loves reading.

He was a Shop steward for six years representing members of the union in the Internal Disciplinary Actions and the Arbitrations.

Themba was a Candidate Attorney at Shanta Reddy Attorneys. He went on to work at South African Local Government Bargaining Council as a Regional Secretary responsible for the Divisional Bargaining and Dispute Resolution of both eThekwini and KwaZulu-Natal Divisions. 

Themba has the Right of Appearance for High Court (including Labour Court) and Constitutional Court.
